What we collect and why
If you send us a message. The contact form asks for your name, email address, an optional phone number and your message. We use these only to reply to you. The message is emailed to the club and a copy is kept in the website so it doesn’t get lost. We don’t add you to any mailing list and we don’t share your details with anyone else.
If you book a session. Bookings and payments are handled by ClassFit, not by this website. ClassFit’s own privacy policy explains how they look after your details.
If you say yes to analytics cookies. We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit the site and which pages they look at, so we can make it better. It doesn’t tell us who you are. These cookies are only set if you press Accept on the cookie banner. If you press Reject, Google only receives an anonymous count of the visit, with no cookies set.
Cookies and similar storage
- sc_consent (kept in your browser’s local storage): remembers whether you accepted or rejected analytics cookies, so we don’t ask every time.
- _ga and _ga_… (Google Analytics cookies, only if you accept): tell visits apart. They last up to 2 years.
You can change your mind at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.
The map on our contact page is provided by Google Maps, which may set its own cookies when it loads. The booking pages show ClassFit’s booking system, which may also set cookies.
How long we keep things
Messages sent through the contact form are kept for up to 12 months, then deleted. Analytics data is kept by Google for 14 months.
